Recurring Payment Terms
How iishki.com plan auto-renewal works for monthly and annual billing: amount, charge dates, failed payments, and how to turn it off.
1. What You Authorise
By ticking the auto-renewal consent when subscribing to a plan, you authorise Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Shelgunov to store the chosen payment method with the payment partner shown on the payment page and to charge it for each following period of the plan (a month or a year, as chosen at checkout) without further confirmation from you.
Card details are stored by the payment partner. The Contractor only has access to an anonymised payment-method identifier and the card mask; repeat charges are initiated with that identifier.
2. Amount and Frequency
- The frequency matches the plan's billing period: monthly billing is charged once a month, annual billing once a year, on the date after the paid period ends.
- With annual billing, plan tokens are credited monthly throughout the paid year; there are no separate monthly charges.
- Charges are made in the currency of the first payment.
- The amount equals the price of the selected plan and billing period shown at checkout, including the annual discount if annual billing was chosen.
- If a one-time discount on the first paid period applied at checkout (for example, an extra discount on the first year), it applies to the first payment only. Later charges are made at the regular price of the plan and billing period; both amounts are shown in the auto-renewal consent before payment.
- Plan prices include any taxes the payment partner charges (such as VAT or sales tax): the amount in the auto-renewal consent is the final amount, and nothing is added on top of it.
- When you upgrade to a more expensive plan or switch from monthly to annual billing, the difference for the rest of the paid period is charged immediately. A downgrade takes effect from the next period at no extra charge. You cannot switch from annual to monthly billing during the paid year: the year is paid in advance.
- The Contractor emails notice of a price increase to the account's email address at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies only to periods starting after that; until then the previous amount is charged. If the new price does not suit you, you can turn off auto-renewal before it applies.
3. If a Charge Fails
If the bank declines a charge, the payment partner may retry it. While the payment is outstanding, plan features are suspended, and the unused plan tokens of the period that ended expire on the day of the failed charge, as they would on a normal renewal. A Pay button appears in your profile: you can pay for the renewal with the same or another card. Once paid, access is restored and the full plan token amount is credited at once. If the renewal is not paid within 14 days after the paid period ends, the subscription ends. Purchased token packages are kept. You can subscribe again on the plans page.
4. How to Turn It Off
You can turn off auto-renewal in either way:
- in your profile on iishki.com, with the Cancel renewal button on the subscription card;
- by contacting support: @maksim_and_ai_support or support@iishki.com.
Turning it off stops future charges but does not shorten the paid period: plan features and plan tokens, including the monthly credits of an annual plan, remain until the end date shown in your profile. You can turn it off at any time, even minutes before the charge date. Turning it off does not by itself entitle you to a refund for unused days; see the Refund Policy.
5. Notifications
The payment partner emails a receipt for each charge to the address given at checkout. Before an annual charge, the Contractor emails a reminder of its date and amount to the account's email address at least 7 days in advance. The Contractor gives at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Your payment history and invoices are in your profile, under Subscription.
