Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Recipient and Purposes of Consent

Freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest, I authorize Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Yuryevich Shelgunov (ИП Шелгунов Максим Юрьевич), Taxpayer ID 21201199940075, address: 413 Kirgizskaya Street, Nizhnyaya Alarcha, Sverdlovsk District, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, to process my personal data for account creation and security, operation of Service features, AI generation, token accounting, result delivery, support, payment processing, and compliance with legal requirements.

2. Categories of Data

This consent covers my name, email address, Telegram ID and username, avatar, IP address, user agent and device data, settings, usage and payment-event information, support communications, prompts, uploaded images, videos, audio and other files, generation results, and related technical parameters.

I understand that a facial image or voice recording may constitute biometric data when used to establish identity. I undertake not to upload such data relating to another person without their consent or another lawful basis. The Service does not use such data to establish my identity unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise.

3. Processing Operations and Recipients

Permitted operations include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymization, restriction, deletion, destruction, and transfer to processors to the extent necessary, by automated and mixed means.

To perform a selected function, data may be transferred to Timeweb Cloud, Telegram, Google, the payment provider identified during checkout, and selected AI providers, including OpenAI, Google, xAI, Kling, BytePlus, ElevenLabs, MiniMax, fal.ai, KIE, RenderGrid, and OpenRouter. Some recipients are located outside the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation; I consent to such cross-border transfer where necessary to fulfill my request.

4. Duration and Withdrawal

This consent remains valid until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted, except for data the Operator is required or entitled to retain by law. I may withdraw consent by emailing support@iishki.com or messaging Telegram support at @maksim_and_ai_support. Features that require processing may become unavailable after withdrawal. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.
