Card Payments
Accepted cards, how paying for tokens by card works, which currency prices are shown in, and how card data is protected.
1. Accepted Cards
IISHKI tokens can be paid for with Visa and Mastercard cards and with Elcart, the national payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic. Cards issued by Russian banks can use Mir, Visa, Mastercard and SBP.
2. Prices and Currency
The price of a token package is shown before payment. Users in the Kyrgyz Republic see prices in Kyrgyz som (KGS); other users see rubles or US dollars depending on the payment method. If your card currency differs from the charge currency, your card issuer converts the amount at its own rate. Tokens are a one-time purchase with no subscription and no automatic charges.
3. How to Pay
- Sign in and choose a token package on the pricing page or in your profile.
- Check the number of tokens and the total, then choose a payment method.
- Click “Continue to payment” to open the payment partner’s secure page.
- Enter the card number, expiry date, cardholder name (if required) and the three-digit CVV2/CVC2 code from the back of the card.
- Confirm the payment with an SMS or banking-app code (3-D Secure) if your bank asks.
- Once the payment succeeds, tokens are credited automatically, usually within a minute, and the page shows your new balance.
4. Security
Card details are entered only on the payment partner’s page, which complies with PCI DSS and transmits data over TLS. Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Shelgunov never receives or stores the card number, expiry date or CVV2/CVC2 code. 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) adds a further layer of protection.
5. If a Payment Fails
Your bank may decline a payment because of insufficient funds, limits on online or cross-border payments, incorrect card details or an unconfirmed 3-D Secure code. Check the details and try again, or contact your card issuer. If money was charged but tokens were not credited, contact us and we will check the transaction.
6. Refunds
Refunds go back to the card used for the payment, as described in the Refund Policy. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank, usually 3 to 30 business days.
