AI Content Policy
Requirements for uploaded materials, prompts, and synthetic images, video, audio, and text.
1. User Responsibility
By uploading material or submitting a prompt, the User confirms that they have all required rights, consents, and a lawful purpose. Each output must be reviewed before publication: AI may make mistakes, create similarities to real people, or reproduce unwanted elements.
2. Prohibited Content and Uses
- Sexual material involving minors, sexualization of children, grooming, or any attempt to create or alter such material.
- Intimate images without the depicted person’s unambiguous consent, including deepfakes, “undressing,” and blackmail.
- Realistic impersonation of a person, voice, or biometric trait for fraud, deception, political manipulation, identity impersonation, or circumvention of identity checks.
- Terrorism, extremism, incitement of hatred, targeted threats, glorification of cruelty, or instructions for causing serious harm.
- Instructions for creating weapons or malware, phishing, hacking, bypassing security, selling prohibited substances, or other unlawful activity.
- Harassment, doxxing, or processing another person’s medical, financial, biometric, or other sensitive data without a lawful basis.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, image and likeness rights, privacy, or third-party contractual restrictions.
- Material encouraging suicide, self-harm, or dangerous conduct, particularly in relation to vulnerable persons.
- Spam, misleading advertising, fabricated reviews or documents, or presenting AI material as an authentic record of an event for deceptive purposes.
3. Likenesses, Voices, and Synthetic Media
Processing a person’s image, video, or voice requires their consent or another lawful basis. For public or commercial use of realistic synthetic material, the User must clearly disclose its AI origin where the context could mislead the audience or disclosure is required by law.
4. Moderation
The Service may use automated and manual safety measures, including rejecting a request, hiding a public work, restricting a feature or account, retaining minimum evidence of a violation, and providing information to a competent authority where required by law. The measure selected will reflect the severity and recurrence of the violation.
To report unlawful output or appeal a decision, email support@iishki.com or message Telegram @maksim_and_ai_support. Include a link, a description of the violation, and evidence of your rights if the report concerns your material.
