Consent to Publication of Works
Terms for voluntarily publishing AI works in the public Inspiration section.
1. Voluntary Publication Only
Publication is not required to use the Service and must not be enabled by default. By enabling public display or publishing a particular work, the User authorizes Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Shelgunov to display it to IISHKI visitors to demonstrate Service capabilities and inspire the community.
2. Information That May Be Displayed
The output may be displayed together with the User’s display name or Telegram username, avatar, model used, date, and technical parameters. Email addresses, Telegram IDs, payment details, and other private information are not published. Source files and prompts are not published unless the interface expressly offers that option and the User selects it separately.
3. Author’s Representations
The User confirms that they hold the necessary rights to source materials, have obtained consent from depicted or recorded persons, and have not submitted prohibited content. A public work may be hidden following a complaint, a policy violation, or a risk to third parties.
4. Withdrawal
Consent may be withdrawn through settings, by emailing support@iishki.com, or through Telegram @maksim_and_ai_support. After withdrawal, the Service will stop further public display within a reasonable technical period. Lawful copies, publications, and search-engine caches created by third parties may remain outside the Contractor’s control.
